Halloween Costume Swap

We decided to keep the costumes up until the end of the month for anyone who needs costumes. Anyone can come in during the library or city hall business hours (Monday through Friday 8 am-12 pm and 1 pm-5 pm and on Saturdays 10 am-1 pm) to pick out a costume. It is completely free; we just ask that people return the costumes, if possible, when they are done so they can be used again next year!
